SEDCO approves $500,000 grant for Austin College engineering facility

SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) - The Sherman Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) has approved a major grant for Austin College.
The college announced that SEDCO approved a $500,000 grant that will help fund the purchase of equipment for the college’s planned Harris Engineering Center. The donation aims to help the engineering program increase the college’s partnerships with the growing local semiconductor industry.
