we are currently open Thursday-Saturday 11am to 6pm
we are a barbecue business that specializes in slow smoked meats. we have a concession building that serves walk up meals for lunch and dinners, we provide catering for small business luncheons to large events and anything in between in the Texoma area we can create specialized menus that are not limited to BBQ. our goal is to be able to expand ours days and hours, hire people, and eventually open a brick and morter sit down restaurant.
