Texas Skills Development Fund is an innovative program created to assist Texas public community and technical colleges finance customized job training for their local businesses. Grants are available through Workforce Solutions Texoma with training provided by the Center for Workplace Learning at Grayson College. The average grant is $2,000 per job.
