Physical Demands

Must be able to physically handle up to 125-pound totes and 55-gallon drums
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a wash bay environment
Ability to work with cleaning solutions, including bleach solution, while following safety procedures
Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, including washing totes and drums
Ability to operate a forklift safely
Must be able to assist with warehouse cleaning and general warehouse duties
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment for the full shift

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

Assure compliance appropriate safety practices, and procedures, and with applicable federal, State and local codes, regulations and requirements.
Operate a variety of equipment and machines including, saws, drills, and various hand and power tools, in order to perform repair and maintenance work.
Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean and proper working condition.
Assist in the purchase, installation, maintenance of equipment, piping, systems, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular attendance.
Must be dependable and able to work Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be dependable, hardworking, and able to perform physically demanding warehouse duties. Forklift experience is preferred, and the candidate must be comfortable working in a wash bay environment, handling totes and drums, using cleaning solutions safely, and assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed.
