Douglass Distributing, a thriving, family owned and operated business since 1981, is looking to add a full time Sign Technician to the team!

JOB DUTIES:

• Computer skills to include, establish and test network with digital message centers
• Operate lift/bucket truck, up to 80 feet
• Troubleshooting electrical components, networks, power source
• Must have electrical aptitude
• Mechanical knowledge (DC AND AC Voltage)
• Changing out Metal Halide (MH) and or florescent ballasts and power supplies
• Convert MH / Florescent to LED lighting
• Apprentice License preferred, or able to obtain 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed electrician or licensed sign electrician in the State of Texas preferred
• Must have CDL & medical card or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment with a clean
• driving record
• Prefer installers with specific experience in installing signs but all with experience in some or all of
• the above are encouraged to apply
• Must be dependable and professional
• Must have ability to lift 50lbs plus, bend, climb ladders, and use tools
