Scott Bandemir

Scott Bandemir is the Regional President for Independent Bank and has been with the bank for 25 years. He has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University and his Masters’ from the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado.

He has served as Board Chairman of the Sherman Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Howe Chamber of Commerce and the Wilson N. Jones Foundation, and a member of Hurricane Creek Rotary Club.

Scott and his wife Gerri have lived in Sherman since 1990 and have one daughter, Samantha. They attend the Grace United Methodist Church in Sherman.
